Prices include bedlinen, with beds made ready for your arrival. We ask that guests provide their own towels etc

Change over day is generally Saturday. You are welcome to arrive any time after 4pm (sorry a little later than previous years), we ask that you leave by 10am on your last day to allow time for the cleaners to prepare for the next guests.  If the cleaners have finished cleaning the property any earlier, they can send you a text message to a suitable mobile number to advise you that it is ready.

There may be more flexibility outside of peak periods - please ask.

Last minutes deals may be available.  We try to keep this calendar as up to date as possible, so if you see a gap, please ask. Similarly, there is sometimes the possibility of an extended holiday, depending on bookings for the following week.

20% deposit required before booking is confirmed (tentative bookings will be held for 1 week and showed as 'reserved' on availability calendar)

Balance to be received at least 4 weeks before stay or within 1 week of booking for bookings closer than 5 weeks, whichever is later.

Discounts may be available on stays longer than a week, please ask.

£150 Refundable 'security deposit' required at the same time as the balance payment.  This will be refunded as soon as possible after your stay and would only have deductions by exception if there was anything beyond minor damage or cost incurred in re-preparing for next guests etc.

Electricity is provided by a £1 slot meter (it is not profit making, set significantly cheaper than the actual cost per KWh)

If you would like to make a booking, please contact us, we will then send you a booking contract to complete and sign to return along with your deposit cheque.  We will sign  the contract and return it to you for your records (usually by email)
